Review of VOL122 decal/Response added November 1, 2019 Reviewer: JoLynn Baumann from Eaton, OH United States   The item I received was not as pictured on the website.  The website showed a volleyball decal with a girl spiking a volleyball on the front.  Although all of the text I requested was present, there was no girl image on the decal.  Very disappointed as this was what attracted me to this decal to begin with.  A sent e-mail, the same day I received the decal, has not been responded to.  I was a first time buyer from this company.  Not a good first impression. UPDATE: We noticed this review as we don't normally get a 2 for a rating :) We did not receive her message and the wrong design was sent. We have since then contacted this customer and made things right with her. Honest reviews are always helpful and we like to respond so others can see we are a customer-service based business and we care about our customers! Thanks! Was this review helpful to you?

Volleyball decal November 8, 2012 Reviewer: Justin Burrus from Newburg, MO United States   You may want to review your application procedures as a credit card put several scratches on the decal. I reported this but I never asked for a replacement . A new one was sent anyway. I am very pleased with the product and service. Thank you. By the way, I love the design of this decal.
